Baroque Encounter's reputation for quality costumed performances on period instruments with imaginative staging can only be sustained with significant subsidy as ticket sales and performance fees do not fully cover our costs.

Friends' Scheme - Annual Payments and Benefits

Mailing List:  Free

•   Regular updates via our mailing list (email preferred to minimise costs)
•   Advance notice of Baroque Encounter performances

Aria Friend:  £40 +

In return for becoming a friend of Baroque Encounter and supporting us in our dedication to presenting baroque music of the highest quality you will receive:

•   Mailing list benefits, plus
•   Credit in performance programmes (unless you choose to remain anonymous)
•   A Complimentary programme to concerts attended
•   Entitlement to purchase two tickets at the concessionary rate for each concert

Cantata Friend:  £100 +

As above, plus

•   Two invitations to a Friends' reception with members of the company
•   Two invitations to post-performance drinks for performances at St John's, Smith Square 
•   Complimentary copy of Baroque Encounter's live recording - Love in Venice

Opera Friend:  £500 +

As above, plus 

•   Two complimentary tickets for each performance
•   Two additional invitations to a Friends' reception with members of the company
•   Two additional invitations to post-performance drinks for performances at St John's, Smith Square.

Corporate/Business Sponsors

Attractive arrangements are available to companies and businesses interested in sponsoring Baroque Encounter. 

In addition to developing a close association with one of the UK's most exciting early music ensembles, sponsors will receive the following benefits:

•   As there will only be a small number of sponsors, high visibility and prominence within programmes and on promotional fliers and posters (unless anonymity is preferred)
•   Complimentary tickets to performances

•   Opportunities for VIP or client entertaining in the interval or post-performance

Sponsorship opportunities exist as follows:
